TEXTING & EMAIL POLICY:
when submitting forms or SMS to Fresh Envy aesthetics from our website, social media or google profile you agree to receive SMS & Email appointment reminders.
Fresh Envy Aesthetics will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Fresh Envy Aesthetics (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Fresh Envy Aesthetics will share your Personal Information with a limited number of Fresh Envy Aesthetics partners for the explicit purpose of providing services to you. If we do this, such third parties’ use of your Personal Information will be bound by terms at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy.
As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, transaction, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, bankruptcy, mergers, or dissolution.
Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, Fresh Envy Aesthetics will not disclose Personal Information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our User Agreement, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Fresh Envy Aesthetics, our customers or others.
STUDIO POLICY:
No guests, children, or mobile devices are allowed in the studio. If you have a medical condition that requires a medical alert service dog, please let us know, and we will make proper arrangements. Unfortunately, we can not allow emotional support animals.
Please be respectful and understand that the artist must focus on your procedure, and are health and safety issues for yourself and other clients we are also responsible for, regardless of how well-behaved your company, children, or animals may be.
Fresh Envy Aesthetics has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Please, understand that this also includes visible sickness. We encourage you to reschedule your appointment promptly, as per our policy.
BOOKING RETAINER:
To book an appointment, we require a retainer. Your retainer fee will be applied toward your balance on the day of your appointment. All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE- NO EXCEPTIONS. Retainers differ for different Procedures. $50.00 for facials, $100 for Permanent Makeup & medical aesthetics procedures.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Retainers are only transferable to another date up to 72 hours before your appointment and must be rescheduled to another date – NO EXCEPTIONS. Any rescheduling after the 72-hour grace period will require an additional retainer and a $100 late rescheduling/cancellation fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO-SHOW/SAME-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY:
Will be charged 100% (including the non-refundable retainer) of the scheduled service price, plus an additional $100 service fee- NO EXCEPTIONS.
LATE POLICY:
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Fresh Envy Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your appointment; If you will need to reschedule, you will forfeit your $100 retainer. You will need to re-book your appointment with an additional retainer.- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fresh Envy Aesthetics has limited appointment availability each month. These appointment reservations are in high demand. Please respect our time as we respect yours. You are sent an appointment confirmation and reminders to both the email and the phone number you provided at the time of booking to ensure you are aware of the appointment you booked and its date and time.
FOLLOW-UP SESSION:
We recommend two sessions for our permanent makeup treatments. A follow-up session is recommended for optimal results within 2-6 months from your first visit.
Pricing depends on the time frame; please select the right time frame and your Artist. All Follow-Up Sessions are subject to the same Retainer, Rescheduling, and Cancellation policies- NO EXCEPTIONS.
PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP FROM ANOTHER ARTIST / COVER UP CORRECTION:
If you have permanent makeup done by another artist and are interested in a touch-up or color correction with Fresh Envy Aesthetics, you must get approval by sending us photos of the existing work. (info@freshenvyaesthetics.com)
If you book your appointment without our approval, we will have the right to refuse service on the day of your appointment, and your retainer will be forfeited.
If you have been approved for a cover-up service, please understand that you will be booking a first-time appointment with your artist and will be charged an additional fee for correction work. Fresh Envy Aesthetics touch-up pricing is for Fresh Envy Aesthetics Clients only.
PLEASE NOTE:
I provide the same high-quality and experienced service for every client, but the healed results can vary with every client due to things beyond our control, such as; your age, skin type, immune system, lifestyle, medications, skincare, and adherence to our before and after-care instructions.
Therefore, healed results vary from client to client; follow-up sessions are highly recommended so we can work with you and your body to get you the best results possible. Healed results are independent of your lifestyle, proper after-care and skin-care routine including your individual skin. Results cannot be guaranteed.
APPOINTMENT DURATION:
Appointment times are scheduled in blocks. Your artist may need more or less time than the blocked appointment due to things beyond our control, such as skin texture and pre-care.
Please schedule and plan your appointments accordingly, as we can not stop treatment while it is being conducted.
